The bones of our hotel include 311 rooms, a fitness centre, restaurant and bar on level one, and two flexible conference spaces.Pullman Adelaide rebranded in October 2018, having opened the doors originally in 2010. Pullman is now Australia’s largest 5-star hotel brand, with a focus on contemporary upscale offerings to our global nomads. The hotel consists of 308 rooms overlooking the picturesque Hindmarsh Square and has a reputation second to none. Located on the top floor, the hotel’s main conference and events space has been recently renovated and launched in June 2022. 2024 has been an exciting year as the hotel, with our Restaurant and Bar, have undertaken some exciting renovations and relaunched with a new concept.Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to take a product which is already something to be proud of, and drive it forward in creative and industry-leading ways.A dual property role, our Director of Revenue executes and oversees hotel strategies to ensure STR index gains meet the hotels portfolio objectives.Some of the key duties will include, but are not limited to:Develops and implements property-specific action plans as necessary to address performance deficiencies.Focus on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis.Develop and implement systems, practices and tools aimed at these revenues through balancing demand and revenue maximization techniques.Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:Hotel Revenue Management experience, could be in a similar role or a Senior Revenue Manager looking to step up.Proven working knowledge of GDS, revenue management systems and all distribution systems.Sales knowledge and an understanding of market segments within the Australian hospitality sector.Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, with an expertise in Excel.Possess knowledge of accounts and budgeting along with the ability to compile facts/figures and analyze information that involves data manipulation or interpretation to arrive at logical conclusions.You have exceptional analytical and communication skills with an ability to think outside the box to find creative and innovative solutions.Ability to influence with presentation of data and strategies.Previous experience using Opera Cloud and EzRMS will be highly regarded.Additional Information
