Job Summary

Working under supervision of the E-Commerce Manager, the E-Commerce Coordinator supports day-to-day operations of the Getty e-commerce retail and wholesale websites.

Major Job Responsibilities

Provide support for Getty's two e-commerce sites: direct retail and wholesale

Oversee third-party fulfillment by maintaining inventory levels and product assortmentsAssist with day-to-day site maintenance and content changesCoordinate project list for all e-commerce development projectsCoordinate workflow by setting schedules and priorities for projectsMonitor and report on project progressSupport website metric analysis by running reports for manager as necessaryGenerate daily and monthly sales reportsResponsible for new product creation and ensuring accuracy of all product information on the sitesAssist with maintaining inventory accuracy for online locationAssist in gathering new product information from buyersCoordinate product photographyAssist in the development and merchandise strategy for the online storeProvide expertise and direction for the web fulfillment team on a daily basis as needed, including instructions for orders that require special handling and assisting with fulfillment as neededAs the primary customer contact for online-related inquiries, demonstrate excellent customer service skills via phone and e-mailProvide support and follow-up for orders with risk assessmentMaintain a calendar of e-blasts and other tools to routinely perpetuate and grow businessWill be cross-trained in other areas of retail operationsMay be required to work weekends and holidays

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 3-4 years related experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

An ideal candidate will have project management experience with a solid background in the planning, prioritization, and execution of online projectsDemonstrated success in following through and completing projectsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to deal with ambiguity and a changing environmentAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlines concurrentlyMust be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with supervisionExperience with web analytics tools like Google AnalyticsE-commerce experience in a non-profit environment (especially a museum setting) is preferredMust have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to work with staff, the public, and others outside the organizationDemonstrate creativity in merchandising and marketing the online storeFamiliarity with word processing and spreadsheet software (Word & Excel)Working knowledge of Photoshop and experience creating basic web graphics such as banners is preferredExperience with digital photography and product photography is preferred
