Visa is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Global Merchant Sales & Acquiring (MS&A) Finance team. This Senior Analyst will collaborate with MS&A business leadership team to develop financial strategies and drive analytics to enable business decision making. They will drive deal modeling and structuring for commercial agreements for multi-Region MS&A clients, and support forecasting and budgeting processes for Global MS&A. In addition, they will provide detailed score-carding reports and analysis on the operating performance of the businesses.The position involves driving important insights with executive management and influence management skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial and general business analysis, preferably with a public company, and demonstrated experience collaborating with various internal departments and functions.Essential Functions

Strategic Advice and Partnership:Provide thought partnership for the Global Merchant Sales and Acquiring (MS&A) leadershipLead the MS&A deals finance engagements with business development teams globally to structure client proposals for Acceptance, Cobrand and seller side Value Added Services (VAS) partnershipsContinuous enhancement of the management information reporting for MS&A and present timely KPIs with actionable insights on sales pipeline and revenue drivers for VAS, CMS, Acceptance, Cobrand and MS&A strategic initiativesFinancial Management:Support the preparation of the planning cycles including the annual budget and quarterly outlooksSupport opex performance diagnostics, decision support for investments, and workforce management and planningCollaborate with the Finance Velocity Office to expand client-level revenue reporting to include all client types in acquiring ecosystemEstablish VAS and strategic initiatives reporting dimensionality to enable revenue and sales growth measurementStreamline Finance processes and continuously improve the quality of outputs and overall performance of the teamThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Basic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:4 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degreeExperience in Financial Planning & Analysis with a strong emphasis on revenue drivers and client incentive agreementsAdvanced level of Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and other financial reporting systemsAbility to influence senior executives and business partnersAble to work effectively in a dual reporting matrix environmentAbility to work effectively with other functional areas (Finance and the business) and understand the operational and cultural issues relevant to achieving superior resultsSuperior problem solving, analytical and project management skills with ability to communicate effectively with executive managementClient focused with tenacity to resolve issues and conflicts with excellent interpersonal and people management skillsProactive, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and an eye for details to ensure accuracy and quality of outputHigh energy and enthusiasm required to partner with multiple stakeholdersInvestment banking and or management consulting experience a plusAdditional Information

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 118,500.00 to 171,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
