We're looking for a Radiology Senior Solution Architect to help us in Suffern, NY. As a Radiology Senior Solution Architect you will provide venue expertise during client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design to achieve defined benefits. This includes guiding clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance as well as acting as the primary consultant for the client's solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer. You will guide our client through design of clinical and business process, solution and technology workflow. As a member of this team, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support while also resolving escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise. This includes contributing in a leadership capacity to advance the solutions and their effectiveness; consult with Adventist Health stakeholders and project teams to fulfill enhancements and provide documented benefits. You will be responsible for resolving client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, solution application, perform test script execution and create and participate in unit and integrated testing, develop associate domain experience (clinical, revenue and operational) and consulting. Basic Qualifications + At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: + At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience + At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including: + Cerner Radnet work experience Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience + At least 3 years of Cerner Radnet build work experience + At least 3 years of implementation work experience Expectations + Must reside within a commutable distance of the Westchester County, NY area + Perform other responsibilities as assigned + Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations If this sounds like you, we hope to meet you Create the future with us. Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure. #LI-MBITWRX Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities Work closely with Oracle's internal business and development teams to drive the technical/functional global implementation of Oracle's applications internally. The main responsibilities may include: Manage all aspects of internal deployment projects and work closely with the internal teams on status, issues and communications. Define business specifications with the internal user community for the global deployment of the application. Define and drive business specifications for product and component integration points. Map standard application functionality to global/local business specifications. Manage product gaps from business specifications to product enhancement and/or business process change. Define product enhancements to drive solutions for all customers. Manage product setup definition and configuration along with internal business process teams. Manage all aspect of product rollout and coordination with internal teams. Define specifications for data migration from legacy systems into newer applications. Define specifications for data interfaces between applications for product rollouts. Manage user acceptance testing and transfer of information to internal teams. Provide technical support for implemented applications; diagnosing and reporting bugs, applying patches and upgrades as needed. Establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company's information processing systems. Coordinate with functional departments involved to collect system specifications, techniques, and controls. Interact with senior management within Product Development, Business organizations and Global IT. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $31.97 to $67.93 per hour; from $66,500 to $141,300 per annum.
