Sentara Sports & Spine Therapy Center is hiring a Sports Physical TherapistCome join our dynamic team at Sentara Therapy Center Princess Anne. We are a large outpatient orthopedic clinic with a variety of specialties, including Dry Needling, Certified MDT, Manual Therapy, Pelvic Floor, Chiropractic Care & Massage Therapy. Provides age appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Master's or Doctorate Level Degree preferred. 1 year experience required for Resource Pool applicants.

For Hampton Roads Outpatient facilities only - Must obtain Direct Access certification within one year of hire for those with a BS or MS degree

Hospital at Home PT is only for SNGH Hospital at Home or SLH Hospital at Home

Qualifications:BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree: Physical Therapy (Required) Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Direct Access Certification (Physical Therapy) - Certification - Other/National, Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (NCPT), Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - Physical Therapy Compact Commission (PTCOMPACT), Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
