Job Title: Salesforce ArchitectSkills: CRM processes, CI/CD Salesforce, AgileExperience: 10 to 15 YearsLocation: Dallas, TX / RemoteJob Type: Full-timeWe at Coforge are Salesforce Architect with the following skillset:Responsibilities:Engage with stakeholders, management, product owner and SMEs to translate business requirements into well architected cloud-based solutions. Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems.Design and architect scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and Salesforce capabilities.Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality.Guide multi-discipline technical and non-technical teams (e.g., business analysts, configurators, developers, etc.)Own the functional solution and guide the team through each stage of delivery from project initiation through project completion, including solution definition, design, implementation, and hand-off.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.Consult and work with multiple Agile / Scrum teams to achieve coordinated and on-time deliveries.Produce process maps, system diagrams, logical data models, and other documentation.Requirements:B. S. in Computer Science or related fieldActive Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce system architect or Application architectExcellent communication skills; business-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills.5+ years of experience in salesforce solution architecture and implementation.Strong background in CRM processes, business analysis and project management.Understanding of E2E lifecycle of Salesforce development collaborating with multiple engineersUnderstanding of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and common AppExchange solutions5+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization an integration using APEX, Visualforce, Lighting Web Components, and Salesforce APIsKnowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycleExperience in Agile MethodologyExperience in CI/CD Salesforce services and processes.
