PSP’s mission is to create product and technology plans to exceed customer and market expectations and to build and realize productization strategies to provide best-in-class silicon products and solutions to our customers.We are looking for SoC Product Manager for DRAM Application to join our team in San Jose, CA. A successful candidate will be responsible for planning SoC products that control HBM/DDR/LPDDR and also perform processing to optimize cost of running AI/ML workloads in datacenter, automotive and edge devices.Location:
Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose Headquarters 3-4 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time with an average of 10-20% travel per month.Reports to:
Corporate VP, Product PlanningOwn the product roadmap and strategy for SoC products and solutions for memory such as HBM/DDR/LPDDR, ensuring alignment with business objectivesDefine key performance indicator (KPI) target for the products to be competitive in the marketDevelop and implement product features that enhance customer value and satisfactionConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunitiesLead customer engagement by presenting product roadmapLead development and execution of go-to-market strategy for new products and featuresAnalyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvementManage relationships with key stakeholders across various departments such as Engineering, Sales, MarketingTrack and report on KPIs throughout development and productionComplete other responsibilities as assigned.What You BringBachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related Physical Science with 15+ years of experience or Masters in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related Physical Science with 13+ Years of Industry Experience or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related Physical Science with 10+ years of Industry Experience Preferred.High motivation to disrupt AI/ML processing15+ years of experience in product planning and/or product management for SoC and/or memory productsStrong knowledge of memory-centric architectureIn-depth knowledge about DRAM technology and SoC architectureProven track record of success in driving product growth and revenue generationStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretationExcellent verbal and presentation skillsAbility to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams, including coordinating across organizational boundaries and geographiesProficiency in Korean is a plusYou’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.What We OfferThe pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Base Pay Range:
