ANALYGENCE has a dynamic opportunity for a

Weapons and Tactics SME.

Working with our customer at Langley AFB, you'll have the opportunity to use your skills and apply subject matter expertise and best practices to supports HQ ACC Flight Operations Division (A3T) with combat readiness and training of the Combat Air Forces. Support includes technical and subject matter expertise in the integration of Weapons and Tactics related courses, exercises, evaluations, and publications across ACC CAF platforms for planning, training, operational execution, and debriefing, and other duties as assigned. Occasional travel may be required.

Provide scheduling, reviewing, and synchronization of funding coordination and other events related to AF operations essential for the success of missions in the strategic, operational, and tactical levels of conflict. These efforts include HQ level management of: the Weapons System Evaluation Programs (WSEP) for air-to-air munitions, air-to-ground munitions, and simulators; Advanced Target Pods; AMRAAM Warfighter Course; AF Combat Ammunition Center Senior Officer Course; AF SEEK EAGLE program, including required coordination for prioritization actions; and tracking multiple publication updates (e.g. AFIs, etc.).Plan for and respond to the requirements and interdependencies of the ACC A5, A8, and A3/5 functional communities and the needs of the 53d WG, USAF Weapons School, and the USAF Warfare Center.Research and prepare appropriate documents (including responses to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests), presentations, and spreadsheets.Support the 53d WG's WSEPs, including operational testing, range management, target development and management, and weapons allocations, with funds coordination within ACC and across MAJCOMs, document creation and management (COMACC Plans 85 and 90 and/or CAF Plan 53), dissemination of WSEP after action reports to the applicable agencies, and coordination with ACC/IA regarding foreign participation in WSEP events.Support advanced tactical courses such as AMRAAM Warfighter Course and AFCOMAC by coordinating schedules, attendees, funding documents, and course material and by capturing lessons learned from these courses.Support emerging munitions development and maintain awareness on future capabilities. Assist A5/8 and A3/5 regarding future aircraft and munitions development. Ensure tactical courses and publications are updated at the pace of developing technologies.Review, coordinate, and provide operational inputs to the AF SEEK EAGLE prioritization list so that it is updated, current, and relevant to current and future operations.Track and ensure A3TW AF publications are reviewed and updated IAW the timeline.Serve as the primary PoC for reviewing, tracking, formatting, staffing, consolidating and adjudicating comments for multiple publication updates (e.g. AFIs, etc.).Build and maintain contact lists across MAJCOMs and serve as a conduit between HAF, MAJCOM, and NAF Weapons and Tactics related organizations. This includes the 53d WG, WSEP, advanced tactical course offices of primary responsibility (OPRs), USAF Weapons Schools (USAFWS), 561 WPS, AATC, and other organizations as required.Provide documents (e.g. Staff Summary Sheets (SSS), Point Papers (PPs), etc.) IAW the most recent versions of the AF Handbook and or MAJCOM guidance.Maintain accountability records/receipts for classified material to include transfer and destruction of material.Requirements

TS/SCI clearance required5 years of experience in tactical kinetic employment operations and integration across domainsGraduate of either F-15C, F-15E, F-16, F-22, or F-35 WIC USAF Weapons School
