The right candidate is a UX design strategist who understands how content influences the user experience of a digital product.How to follow a voice and tone guideline and apply the nuances of the guidelines.Creative problem-solving is big skill factor.Design has variable pacing, and collaborative work is required.That versatile, self-motivated and independent work is expected as part of a design team.That receiving and providing feedback is part of the process.
