Our client, a global leader in custom-engineering equipment for the Aerospace, Life Sciences and Automotive industries, is actively seeking a detail-orientedContracts Administrator to join their team in Southampton PA.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and reviewing a diverse portfolio of contracts, including NDAs, redlines, and Power of Attorney documents. The position entails direct interaction with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure terms and conditions align with company standards. You will support multiple lines of business, focusing on commercial operations and international engagements, particularly with prominent entities such as the US Department of Defense (DOD), Department of State (DOS), and various international counterparts.
In addition to contract management, this role will oversee the corporate insurance program, assist with annual renewals, issue Certificates of Insurance, and follow up on claims, making it ideal for candidates with a background in insurance operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting and reviewing standard and non-standard contract documents, such as NDA's and POA'sAdministration and review of formal proposals, as well as contracts.Maintain current status on all active contracts and related provisions (including but not limited to Warranty obligations/compliance)Advises Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering of contractual obligations and deliverablesWork closely with the finance team on contract related issuesRegular and routine file management and maintenanceMonthly report preparationManage and maintain the company's IP portfolio, including tracking deadlines and renewalsOverseeing corporate insurance program, assisting with annual renewal process, issuing Certificates of Insurance, and following up on open claimsCross-functional duties include working with Shipping and Trade Compliance Specialist on logistics duties and special projects when needed.Candidate Qualifications
3+ years' experience with administration of commercial and US/International Government contractsExperience managing complex contractsContracts, Insurance, paralegal or legal assistant background preferredExcellent communication skills and proactive approach to problem solvingTeam oriented and a self-starterGovernment experience preferred but not required
Salary : 65,000 - 80,000Hours : 8a-5pm Monday-Friday; Can accommodate a flexible start time.Location : Southampton PA; Onsite 5 days a week
