POSITION TITLE: ContractsSpecialist
SALARY: $65,000 - $70,000
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Flexible)
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing various tasks daily, including heavy email and phone communication, database work, and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will coordinate with multiple departments throughout the document life-cycle, prepare and modify documents, execute contracts, subcontracts, work orders, task orders, and NDA's, and track counter-executed copies. Additionally, the Contracts Administrator will handle legal document support, generate reports using Word, Excel, or Adobe, and assist with general administrative duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 5-7 years (3-5 years considered) office experience in contracts, insurance, or medical billing
- 3-5 years of experience in contracts, with commercial contract expertise, redlining or reviewing contracts, negotiation, and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, time management, and decision-making abilities
- Team player who works professionally with all levels of the organization and external contacts
- Proficient with computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
- Ability to create, manipulate, and maintain databases
- Strong attention to detail and personal initiative
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
- Reliable, with on-time attendance
