Discounts on fitness clubs, travel and more!What You Will Get To Do:Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and other BI solutionsPerform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide actionable recommendations based on findingsDevelop ROI model for new product initiativesHelp develop and maintain data dictionary and other documentation for data models, processes, and reporting standards to ensure knowledge sharing and consistencyServe as a subject matter expert for all cross functional stakeholders needing timely and relevant data for their analysesMonitor data quality and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in collaboration with data engineering teamsWhat You Will Bring:Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience required3-5 years of experience as a BI Analyst or Business Operations Manager, with a track record of designing and delivering impactful reporting solutionsExperience working in a SaaS businessExpert level in using Tableau to create dashboards and visualizationsExpert level Excel and SQL skills for data querying and manipulationSolid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principlesStrong data optimization skills and experience working with large data setsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersDetail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and qualityThank you for your interest in SS&C!
