About the Role:

Seerist is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing. We are looking for experienced candidates with significant hands-on experience in developing global demand generation strategies, designing and executing global and geo-centric campaigns, and ensuring new customer and upsell pipeline coverage goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving predictable revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channels and will have a mastery of the key KPIs and metrics of success associated with the function.

You will be leading a small team of global demand generation, events, content & design staff and will be leading any third-party digital marketing agencies that are assisting the company.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Senior Director of Marketing will also work closely with global and regional sales leadership to define and implement both global and regional demand generation programs, inclusive of digital marketing campaigns, social marketing campaigns, channel marketing campaigns, and regional events.

We are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of experience in demand generation for technology companies selling B2B software. The candidate will also have at least 4 years of experience leading marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing demand-generation campaigns with and through direct sales and indirect channel partners and will have experience in wide-cast and narrow-cast (ABM) marketing programs.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement Global Demand Generation strategy by target market and campaign type (e,g, New logo customer acquisition, account-based Based Marketing upsell, etc.)Develop, document and present global and regional Demand Generation and Channel Marketing fiscal year plans that show alignment between tops-down (revenue) and bottoms-up (inquiry) goals.Create and execute global demand generation marketing campaigns for new logo acquisition, customer upsell programs, and customer retention.Create and manage a promotional budget that meets goals for marketing-sourced pipeline growth;Establish and track KPIs and leading indicators, and provide regular progress reporting as part of these campaigns;Develop trade show, field and partner events strategy;Work closely with Sales leadership and Revenue/Marketing operations to build the target account list and ideal customer profile using data-driven insights;Understand the best ways to segment and leverage our customer and prospect database and facilitate conversion to paid and upsold customers;Own all Paid media for marketing campaigns;Working with Product Marketing, refine content and messaging to match customer persona and sales stage, driving prospects further down the funnel and optimizing conversion to Sales Qualified Leads;Influence the buildout of the martech stack to ensure marketing campaigns and tactics can be measured, constantly iterated and scaled;Develop our email nurture and conversion strategy;Develop and syndicate digital marketing campaigns for execution with and by channel partners;Develop and orchestrate sales and marketing plays;Ensure we maintain compliance with our handling and use of customer/prospect data in accordance with global privacy and consent rules.Work closely with product management and product marketing on bringing new features and products to market.Work closely with RevOps on marketing attribution modeling and reporting.Required Qualifications:

8+ years creating and executing on B2B technology demand generation campaigns with direct and indirect channels4+ years managing/leading marketing teams.Proven track record of marketing-sourced and channel-sourced combined pipeline contribution of at least 50% ;Extremely proficient in Marketing Automation Platforms, Marketing Fit/Intent Platforms, ABM Platforms and CRM Platforms;Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating);Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to assess, prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve across multiple projects;Exceptional written and presentation skills to advocate for campaign needs, promotional budget and champion insights;Experience executing account-based marketing programs in close partnership with sales;Experience with different marketing attribution modelsGreat team leadership and coaching skills, embody the best principles of servant leadershipBachelors or Advanced degree in Business or Marketing.What Seerist offers:
