Lead the Project Management team, manage Key/Strategic Projects and ensure the Project Management team is delivering successful projects to the clients on time and on budget. Ensure Centre standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire process of each projects' development and execution. Implement and provide guidance related to PMO processes and policies, oversee the work of project management staff, and work with other department leaders to prioritize projects and programs. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Provide strategic guidance and direction to project managers to optimize project outcomes and mitigate risksEnsure projects stay on schedule and within budget; communicate concerns if not and identify ways to mitigate in the futureHire, train and develop high-functioning individuals and teams focus on PMO excellenceEnsure department alignment to Centre's Vision and Core ValuesDevelop new and/or adapt current Project Management processes to meet changing business needsEscalate any client issues to internal departments and drive to resolutionDevelop, measure, and track KPIs for overall PMO and those for the PMO Team specificallyEducation/Experience/CertificationsBachelor's degree required5+ years' experience with IT Project Management preferred.Proven ability to lead multiple teams in a fast paced service organization.Work Environment and Physical DemandsWork primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds) may be requiredReasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities/injuries to perform the essential functions of this role.The noise level in the work environment is moderate.Moderate regional and local travel required (25% at most)
