As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer at Enhance Health, you'll build and refine the data infrastructure and reporting needed to support new markets and strategic initiatives, build automations and put controls in place to improve and maintain data quality. We're looking for a candidate with deep technical expertise and strong business acumen. This role will be an on-site position, reporting to the Director of Analytics

Responsibilities:Build data infrastructure for new markets and strategic initiativesDevelop tools and systems for refining data from external partners to ensure data qualityAnalyze data and bring recommendations to business partnersBuild Dashboards related to our data flows and ownership areasDesign and maintain processes for identifying human-error in dataWork in a team to design and implement data pipelines and machine learning modelsTransform raw data from multiple sources into combined datasets that will be used for a wide range of end-usersRequired Qualifications:3+ years of programming experience in SQL and Python or Java3+ years of experience developing data pipelines and data modeling1+ years of experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Snowflake)1+ years of experience leading the technical direction of your projects1+ years of experience in TableauProficiency in data structures and algorithmsDesired Qualifications:
Experience working in a highly regulated industryExperience developing an enterprise data warehouse spanning across multiple teamsExperience pulling data from SalesforceExperience with Airflow, Jenkins, GitLabHealthcare industry experienceDesired Skills:
