S2 Global, an OSI Systems Company is seeking a Technical Support Administrator to work in its Torrance, CA location.S2 Global is the leading provider of security screening solutions and has extensive experience in program assessment, technology deployment, operation management, image analysis and maintenance services at major events, ports, land borders and air cargo facilities. Focused on Operations, Integration and Training, S2 Globals solutions ensure that customers have the advanced technologies and sophisticated techniques to significantly increase their screening capabilities.Responsibilities:Provide post installation tier 1 helpdesk support for any of S2s deploymentsAdminister the necessary IT components, such as servers, networks or software, supporting S2s solution at any of the customer sitesPerform continuous monitoring of the systems and applications supporting all S2 installationsWork with vendors on the provisioning of equipment and services for the deployment of the S2 servicesSupport team initiatives regarding shipping, warehousing, and other logistics and fulfillment related activities, working closely with team members to support client needs.Managing and deploying software packages as documented in a release management and configuration management process.Uphold the companys core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and TeamworkDemonstrate behavior consistent with the Companys Code of Ethics and Conduct.It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.Qualifications:
3+ years of work experience in information technology with a focus in general IT supportSome experience working as helpdesk technicianHigh School Diploma or GEDAble to understand IT terminologiesHas the capability to troubleshoot issues that are related to an IT issueMust work in the Torrance Office as requiredAble to work with customers to achieve overall project objectivesExperience working in a global environment across multiple time zones.Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorshipCandidates for this role will need to successfully pass a US Federal Background check (DCSA e-QIP, and Live Scanning fingerprints).Please review our benefits here: Life at OSIThe specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location and date of hire.
