Programmer Analyst, HCMPleasanton, Phoenix, or Plano TX (Hybrid)Client is seeking a Programmer Analyst for Oracle Cloud HCM to develop solutions for systems integrations, data conversions, reports, and PaaS applications. The role includes working with Core HR, Recruiting, Learning Management, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, and HR Help Desk.
Responsibilities:Develop and design solutions for integrations, data extracts, and reports using HCM tools like OTBI/BI Publisher and OIC.Consult with business teams to understand and assess requirements for reports and analytics.Own solutions through the development lifecycle and conduct technical design and code reviews.Research and implement new features in Cloud SaaS and PaaS environments.Collaborate with technology teams to develop application security solutions.Prioritize and improve processes for application development and reporting.Perform data analysis to troubleshoot system issues and ensure compliance with technology practices.Requirements:
4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 4 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.Familiarity with Benefits Fast Formula, benefits eligibility profiles, VB, and Page Composer tools is a plus.Strong issue resolution skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Must Have:
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly HCM and Benefits Modules.Expertise in HCM Data Extract and OTBI/BI Publisher.Proficiency with flex fields, HDLs, spreadsheet loader, and functional configuration manager.Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred.
