We have a score well above 9/10 from Booking.com and 4/5 from Trip advisorGoing forward, our vision is to build an environmentally friendly and sustainable business that values its workforce and strives to give its employees a good work/life balance.The vision for the restaurant is more Farm to Fork offering a taste of Cotswolds which is all local, organic & sustainable. The cooking uses traditional ingredients but explores unique twists in the style of cooking. We operate herb and vegetable gardens on site and incorporate the harvest into the menu. We eventually aspire to include more elements around healthy eating and chef table.The restaurant has 50-60 indoor covers, and we are modifying the 4 acres of grounds to do more al fresco dining and wood fired cooking to double the covers with views over Stroud in the valley and the grounds gardens.We are looking for people who share the same passion and vison to join us and help develop the culinary offering further to make it a distinct dining destination.**Chef de Partie** **Requirements for 3 Star, boutique country house Hotel with 2AA Rosette restaurant are:*** History of managing all sections in a quality fresh food kitchen* Knowledge managing junior team members* Knowledge of Bakery, Butchery, cooking using traditional methods* Experience of managing larger scale events such as weddings* Hunger to learn new methods and techniques* Able to work under pressure and multi task during busy services**Chef de Partie** **Experience/Skills for 3 Star boutique hotel are:*** Track record in higher end restaurants two rosettes or more* Demonstrable passion for trying new methods and techniques and always keen to learn more* Can show they are reliable and dependable in their timekeeping and execution* Have an interest in kitchen gardens in terms of management and incorporating it into the menus* Knowledge in foraging and sustainable farming will be considered a big plus* A team player that supports the brigade and his/her colleagues* Wanting to progress your career to the next level of culinary management as CDP to Junior Sous or Sous Chef**If you are interested in this Chef de Partie role near Burleigh, Stroud then please apply now!**
