About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at our prestigious hotel. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and delivered in a timely manner. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menus and recipes, and ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a passion for food and a commitment to excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar roleExcellent knowledge of American, French, and Italian cuisineStrong understanding of food safety and hygiene standardsAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and leadership skillsPreferred Qualifications:

Culinary degree or equivalent qualificationExperience working in a high-end hotel or restaurantExperience in pastry and dessert preparationExperience in menu development and costingExperience in managing inventory and ordering suppliesResponsibilities:

As a Chef de Partie, you will use your expertise in American, French, and Italian cuisine to create delicious and visually appealing dishes. You will also use your strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards to ensure that all dishes are prepared safely and to the highest standards. In addition, you will use your excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and train junior members of the kitchen team. Your ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Finally, your experience in menu development and costing will be invaluable as you work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menus and recipes.
