As an Audit Senior Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our firm, leading complex audit engagements and providing strategic financial advisory services to our closely held business clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' financial statements while also fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll be assisting the Managing partners with the financial sign offs.Key ResponsibilitiesAudit Oversight:

Lead and manage complex audit, compilation and review engagements, ensuring adherence to professional standards and deadlines.Financial Advisory:

Provide strategic financial advice on a range of topics, including entity restructuring, budgeting, forecasting, and capital transactions.Client Relationships:

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as an integrated trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs.Team Development:

Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Optional Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.Qualifications and SkillsEducation:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA certification is required.Experience:

Minimum of 7+ years of public accounting experience, preferably with exposure to closely held businesses in the lower middle market.Technical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial statement preparation, and experience with CCH ProSystem fx Engagement and QuickBooks.Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for mentoring.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong technical foundation and a passion for providing exceptional client service. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position is for the person that doesn’t want to be entirely functionalized in audit and also has the desire to become business ownership/partnership.This is a permanent full-time position with the organization offering a comprehensive benefits package including a Base Salary, Bonus 10%, profit sharing, medical/dental/vision, paid time off, paid holidays, 401K match, insurance, and growth potential that is unlimited.Travel:

This position will have regional travel throughout the year.Working Situation:

Ideally, this is an in office position 5 days a week as well as frequent client facing interaction. However, for the right person there will be some flexibility on the working situation.Apply:
