Job DescriptionThe Manager, Vendor Procurement will oversee the relationships between TAH and its vendors and suppliers nationally.

Identify potential vendors and conduct research to determine optimum services and pricing.

Manage company relationships with vendors monitoring contract terms and mitigating risks.

Manage vendor governance models for maintenance team.

Identify and align vendors with teams in order to meet business goals and objectives.

Serve as an escalation and resolution leader.

Ensure vendor contract terms are followed by internal team members and vendors.

Achieve KPI reporting and use to drive performance goals and improvements as needed.

Develop and create systems and processes that support the vendor roles and responsibilities.

Implement quality agreements and relationship management strategy.

Verify consistent pricing in all markets.

Qualifications:

Experience with all aspects of vendor oversight: vendor selection, contract development, selection, performance management, and continuous improvement of the vendor base.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external business partners to deliver optimal performance, efficiency, costs, and quality.

Experience driving consistency and innovation across vendors.

Broad knowledge of all maintenance functions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Requirements:

BA preferred.

3-5 years previous construction or related experience.

Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency.

Strong presentation skills.

Salary RangePlacement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills: $83,920.00 - $139,860.00
