Manager of Partner Sourcing

to turn our plans into action! You will partner with the Director of Partner Sourcing to design, implement, and deliver concierge services and infrastructure for SIE’s first and second-party studio clients. You will also build and lead a team of Specialists who provide concierge support across the business and to our vendor partners – ensuring efficient and high-quality support.In brief, you will provide the foundation for how our team is structured, how we operate, and how we deliver meaningful improvements to the business.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a team of Partner Relations Specialists – and ensure high touch, low friction concierge support to both development studio and internal business partnersOrchestrate the planning and deployment of infrastructure projects, including a centralized Vendor DatabaseOversee the development of favorable terms in deal negotiations with key vendor partnersCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as Studio Outsourcing Managers, InfoSec Analysts, Finance, and Legal, to ensure that Partner arrangements align with project requirements, budgets, and organizational policiesIdentify opportunities and drive process improvements and risk mitigation for how the team operates and delivers its services.Maintain a comprehensive database of vendor engagements, and associated costs and provide metrics as needed to PSS colleagues.Qualifications8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Outsourcing Management, Business Analytics, or similarExcellent team leadership and mentorship skills, with a record of enabling a team to do their best work and provide exceptional serviceRecord of delivering scalable solutions and driving process improvements in the development or publishing of AAA video gamesExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersMeticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work, from documentation to executionEqual Opportunity Statement:Sony is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
