We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented

Global Account Manager I

to join our Global Operations team. This person will interact daily with multiple clients and their employees, so must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills to represent TCWGlobal well. The Global Account Manager I will answer client and employee inquiries, frequently problem-solving to find positive solutions where needed. The Global Account Manager I should be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a "can-do" attitude. They should be comfortable with assisting all Community accounts (not just an assigned desk), as well as Concierge and International accounts, but on a smaller scale allowing them to utilize their experience and skillsets to quickly resolve issues and effectively communicate with clients. The Global Account Manager I should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, critical thinking, and strong independent judgment - requiring only moderate guidance from leadership for daily activities. The Global Account Manager I is a key partner to our clients, as well as other Global Operations team members.

Key Responsibilities• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of TCWGlobal's services with a primary focus on effectively managing client and worker needs via phone, email, and chat.• With moderate guidance from leadership and minimal errors, complete daily desk operations for high volume assigned client/worker base:

o The management of full worker lifecycle

o Resolution of client and/or worker issues• Complete global operations processes accurately and efficiently, while effectively utilizing resources including SOPs• Demonstrate ability to think critically and apply appropriate processes and procedures to worker life cycle tasks• Display a minimal level of autonomy, requiring minimal guidance/support on a routine basis• In correlation with TCWGlobal SLA's, resolve and follow through with all issues related to the worker and client seeking support from Operations Leadership as appropriate• Maintain partnership with internal departments to ensure the client and worker experience meets TCW customer service standards• Remain up to date on all departmental and compliance updates in processes• Treatment of accounts should be high level of customer service, provide support to clients & workers during onboarding lifecycle, onboarding as new client, etc.• Above all, provide memorable customer service to clients and workers according to our top-notch service standards• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills• 1+ years of administrative and customer service experience• Strong communication and writing skills• Experience using full Microsoft Office suite• Can quickly learn and adapt to new systems and workflow processes• Proactive and able to foresee/solve future problems before they start• Ability to multi-task and re-evaluate priorities throughout the day• Ability to handle stressful situations with ease• Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills• Accurate data entry skills• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Salary & Benefits

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
