The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Northstar and Transformational architecture projects. This role will involve leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level telecommunications solutions, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and Northstar initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise Architecture Development: + Design and develop comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions for telecom systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. + Lead architectural reviews and present recommendations to stakeholders and executive management. + Ensuring Governance & IT Standards are followed and adhered to. 2. Northstar Initiatives: + Drive the execution of Northstar, transformational initiatives, aligning technology solutions with business objectives and future-state visions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Northstar initiatives are integrated seamlessly into the enterprise architecture. + Understanding the impacts across multiple domains 3. Technical Leadership: + Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration: + Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, HLD documents, keeping in mind impacts across the org. + Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. 5. Technology Evaluation and Selection: + Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the telecom infrastructure and support strategic goals. + Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies and approaches. 6.
