Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for shaping organizational culture and driving strategic initiatives? This role involves collaborating closely with the Senior Vice President & Business Unit President, as well as other key leaders, to align HR strategies with business goals. You will be a vital member of the Human Resources Leadership Team and report to the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational success.Leadership Development: Mentor and guide HR teams to ensure alignment with company goals and foster a high-performance culture.Change Management: Lead efforts to manage organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a strong, diverse workforce.Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work environment by implementing programs that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations while promoting industry best practices.Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with a track record of success in strategic planning and execution.Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead change initiatives.Advanced knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Why Join Us?
