Corporate ControllerLHH Recruitment Solutions has an exciting opportunity with a manufacturing organization located in Houston, Tx. We’re seeking a Corporate Controller with 10 plus years of controllership, financial reporting, and financial budgeting planning experience. As the Controller you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions, including month end close activities, monthly reporting, accounting research, and assist with acquisitions activity.
Job duties include:
Completes the consolidated month-end and year-end closing processProvide quarterly board of director’s packagePrepares analysis and reports that summarize company business activity and financial position in key areasOversees the global treasury management activities.Participates in a wide variety of special projectsPerform due diligence and the potential integration of future acquisitionsCoordinates and complies with all external auditorsQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance10 plus years of accounting and finance experience in a manufacturing environmentCPA and public accounting experience preferredEmployment Type: Full-time
