As the HR presence for our CAM Services and CO Paving employees, we need someone who is fast-paced and ready to help us find new employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee retention and training. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for processes, programs, and initiatives related to the employee life cycle, ensuring high safety and customer service.What You Will DoFacilitate employee life-cycle events such as orientation and onboarding, offboarding, benefit enrollments, recognition, and data entry related to job changes.Assist with document coordination, filing, reporting, departmental metrics, unemployment claims, and compliance.Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS maintenance, including data integrity management and employee profiles.Coordinate employee engagement activities and planning.Respond to and advise employees regarding general HR matters and concerns.Support Safety regarding driver files, incident investigations, and coordination of workers' compensation cases.Assist the HR team with strategic project implementation and communication.This position will office out of CAM four days a week and CO Paving one day a week.Other duties and projects as assigned.What You Will NeedA bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources is preferred.3-4 Years in a Human Resources role.Eligible to work in the United States.Bi-lingual English / Spanish required.Demonstrates accountability, thinks critically and independently, and presents solutions; a self-starter who takes initiative.Resourceful and able to anticipate needs.Able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Maintaining the highest integrity, ethics, discretion, and confidentiality levels.Computer proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.Problem-solving aptitude with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.We've got you covered.At Tendit, we recognize the dedication our employees bring every day.
