Phibro’s revenues are in excess of $820 million, and are supported by over 1500 employees worldwide.The Global Product Director - Medicinal Feed Additives Portfolio for Monogastrics is an integral part of our Marketing team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.As the Global Product Director, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and commercial success of our medicinal feed additives portfolio for monogastric. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure the effective positioning and growth of our products in the market.Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the medicinal feed additives portfolio for monogastric, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.Product Development / lifecycle: When required, lead the development and launch of new products, from concept through commercialization, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and adapt strategies accordingly.Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to the sales team, customers, and industry stakeholders regarding the medicinal feed additives portfolio.Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers, veterinarians, nutritionists, and industry influencers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, training programs, and promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits and features.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory standards and work closely with regulatory bodies to facilitate product approvals.Budget Management: Manage the portfolio's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of product strategies, including Sales, marketing, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs.Performance Monitoring: Regularly review portfolio performance and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (US and international) to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.Skills

Educational Background: DVM or MBA degree in Animal Science. Master’s or Ph.D. in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine will be a plus.Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role within the animal health and nutrition industry, with a focus on monogastrics. Experience in international markets preferred.Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in the use and best practices of MFA and poultry & swine nutrition.Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.Multilingual skills: Fluent in English.
