You will join a team of highly motivated, energetic sales professionals that take pride in landing new customers, running strategic sales cycles and delivering the Box message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.WHAT YOU'LL DOHire, train and manage a team of SMB Account ExecutivesDevelop AEs for career growth within the Box Sales organizationActively participate in customer onsites, calls, and any other assistance your team needs in getting deals closedReport on sales metrics and forecast to senior sales managementMotivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorshipWHO YOU ARE5+ years of closing sales experiencePreferred but not required: 1+ year experience managing, hiring and training Account Executives to achieve performance goalsPreferred but not required: experience selling into multiple segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise)Excellent communication, business acumen, organizational and time management skillsExperience developing a new territory and/or experience managing a lead generation teamPrior success in SaaS sales or proven ability to learn new technology quicklyBox lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
