Must Have Skills:- Solid education foundation (a UX Design program - user centered design)- Be able to go through the process from beginning to end- Strong communication and collaboration skills (communicate with not just engineers, but also Sr leadership, squad leads, etc.)- FIGMA experience- Conduct and use User- research in their designsPreferred Skills:
- Good graphic design skills
