The Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Human-Centered Design, or other relevant degree with 7+ years of UXD experienceExperience working on agile teams delivering user experiences across varied communication channels including web, native iOS and AndroidExpertise in common design and prototyping tools such as FIGMA (preferred)Experience in conducting usability tests and applying research to support design decisionsExpertise in delivering end-to-end user experience designs focusing on entire user journeys and interactionsCreate and maintain appropriate interactive design deliverables like wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and iterate upon multiple ideasPartner closely with business and technology teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challengesCreate human-focused designs focusing on user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilitiesQualifications:
