Location:
Cincinnati, OH or Skillman, NJ. Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis if approved by the Company.

Pay:
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from
$119,000 to $205,850.
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading brand strategy and activation in the US. The main responsibility of this individual will be to lead an end to end team to deliver share growth including working side-by-side besides with key partners including CBI, Customer Strategy, Business Performance Analytics, Finance, & Supply Chain.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Work collaboratively with cross functionals including CBI to build research plans to uncover new consumer insights and barriers
Create the strategic plan to deliver share inclusive of identifying key opportunities to win consumer through building strong, effective marketing campaigns
Build and execute flawlessly the end-to-end in market plan across consumer journey that reaches target consumer and enables pull through at shelf
Shape and execute a cohesive consumer journey across key touchpoints/omnichannel
High contribute role on monthly forecasting projection ensuring accurate projections of business performance and helping ensure delivering of business KPIs
Liaise with Segment team to influence the big bets on the pipeline to ensure delivery against key occasions/needs in the category in a disruptive and incremental way
Support direct report including opportunities for development and increased impact
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A BA/BS degree is required; a Master’s in business or marketing specialization preferred
A minimum of 7 years of marketing, sales or related experience is required
Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required
Desired Qualifications
Preferred industry experience of Consumer Packaged Goods
Experience leading and developing talent
Experience leading cross-functionals and agencies to develop a communications strategy for multiple brands or priorities
Demonstrated ability to own commercial strategy and translate to communications strategy for multiple brands or segments
You should possess excellent creative instincts and strong leadership skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others
Budget management and forecasting experience
