Aon is hiring for an Associate Broker, Casualty -This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from our Chicago, IL office.Aon is looking for an Associate Broker to be part of an industry-leading team; you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our National Casualty Brokerage Group within Aon Risk Solutions, in Chicago, Illinois.What the day will look like

Accountable for support activities to brokers and senior brokers with defined deadlines, related to proposal and endorsement preparation, submission and data analysis or related to the placement and servicing of national accounts.May facilitate and/or participate in client/broker strategy meetings. May send requests for quotation to a generally standard group of insurance carriers with limited room for negotiation and prepares reports summarizing results.Perform basic analysis and follow up brokers and or underwriters.Manages daily work within established guidelines and receives general instructions on newly introduced assignments.Possesses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities.Skills and experience that will lead to success

0 to 3 years' of commercial insurance experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point.Needs to be detail-oriented.Excellent verbal and communication skills.Handle multiple projects/deadlines.Ability to prioritize workload.Must have the willingness to obtain an active Property and Casualty license upon hire.Education:

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
