A successful colleague will also demonstrate capabilities to create innovative solutions for our clients. Additional responsibilities:This role works within defined time boundaries to prepare proposals and endorsements, submission and data analysis, and other activities related to the placement and servicing of structured portfolio solutions.Servicing, billing, and binding of new and existing accounts.Handle requests for quotation to a set of insurance carriers with limited room for compromise, and preparation of reports summarizing results.Handle daily work within established guidelines and receive guidance on newly introduced assignments.How this opportunity is differentAs an Associate Broker, you will be supporting a team of brokers to strategize and solve for client's multinational insurance challenges. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with Aon colleagues from over 150 countries around the world!Skills and experience that will lead to successA knowledge of the principles and practices within a technical and professional arena is critical to success, as well as effective communication and market/industry perspectives and applications to specific client situations. To be successful, negotiation skills are essential, along with a history of building credibility (knowledge/trust) with both clients and Account Executives throughout our extensive internal network.Must have the willingness to obtain an active Property and Casualty license within three months of hire (90 days)P&C licensing and costs associated with the coursework will be paid by AonEducation:Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of industry related experience. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
