Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record handling a diverse range of recruitment needs, including managing full-cycle recruitment for technical positions. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a keen understanding of various recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions with a focus on technical positions. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.Own and provide an exceptional candidate experience (for both passive and active candidates).Partner with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs, provide support throughout the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and propose opportunities for process improvement.Support equitable recruitment practices through the promotion of DEI talent initiatives.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions through our ATS (Greenhouse).Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to advise on best practices and competitive offers.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company standards, maintaining confidentiality and ethical practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree and/or equivalent years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role.4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1+ years specializing in technical roles such as software development, engineering, or IT.A strong aptitude for finding creative sourcing strategies for unique or hard to fill roles.Familiarity with technical terminology, job functions, and the technology industry.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of positions with multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Nice-to-havesPrior experience at a high growth startup.Prior experience using Greenhouse (ATS).Lazarus AI is an equal opportunity employer.
