Tasks 1Provide back up for typical government platforms such as ITAS and CGETask 2 - Business Process Improvement and Organizational AssessmentThe contractor shall work in collaboration with administrative staff that results in process improvement methodology and identifies opportunities for process improvements and organizational and cultural change process.Work in collaboration with government lead staff to develop the Strategic Plan for process improvementsTask 3 - CommunicationThe contractor shall provide expert communications, outreach and support for external customers/users. Any applicable communication and outreach and materials will be provided to the government via paper or via automation.Task 4 - Program Planning and Management ServicesThe contractor shall provide planning and management, an d analytics and studies support. The contractor will meet with senior staff to identify needs, recommend a solution, identify and discuss best mechanism for improvements.non - exhaustive list of examples of the type of work to be performed under this task are includes;. Provide program planning, development and evaluationb. Provide Project Management Supportc. Provide tracking and monitoring supportd. Perform coordination activitiese. Provide survey services as neededTask 5 - Standard of Procedure Development, Revisions and implementationWork in collaboration with senior staff to establish or redefine various Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Examine current SOPs and provide recommendations and revisions for process improvements.Task 6 - System Integration WorkThe contractor shall help with administrative improvements and workflow automation with focus one improvement. Example; Develop Template for HR Actions, and develop Job Aids.
