Job Title:
Management Analyst III
Description:
Provide Management Analyst III support in the following areas:
Business Process Improvement and Organizational Assessment
Communications, outreach, and support for external customers/users
Program Planning and Management Services
Standard of Procedure Development, Revisions and Implementation
System Integration Work
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (a Master of Science is preferable)
Minimum 10 years of experience providing Management Analyst services
Required Skills/Experiences:
Knowledge of SharePoint, SharePoint Design and development of Dashboards and related tools.
Knowledge of Federal and NIH supply requisitioning, procurement, and travel procedures
Experience with workforce planning and development
Experience in business process improvement methodologies
Experience with organization and diagnosis and intervention techniques
Experience in Planning and Project Management
Experience in Analytics and Studies
Experience in government business systems: Concur Government Enterprise (CGE), Purchasing Online Tracking System (POTS), Adobe, Virtual Meeting software, Microsoft Office, integrated Time and Attendance System (ITAS) and SharePoint
Must have strong communication skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain a Public Trust. Prefer an NIH Public Trust.
