As the Staffing Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and Caregivers, orchestrating a symphony of scheduling precision. Your role is not just about managing schedules; it's about ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care, all while keeping our telephone systems running smoothly.

Looking to fill the following schedules:

Sunday to Tuesday and Friday 5:00am-3:30pmThursday-Sunday 5:00am-3:30pmWednesday-Saturday 7:30am-6:00pm

Thursday-Sunday 10:30am-9:00pm

Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate coverage for vacant shifts.Manage inquiries and referrals related to the company's programs.Maintain ongoing communication with Care Managers and clients to assess service quality.Act as a liaison between Caregivers and Care ManagersContribute to sales, marketing, and public relations initiatives.Oversee all aspects of client scheduling.Address scheduling challenges promptly and effectivelyDemonstrate expertise in staffing policies, procedures, and best practices.Ensure clients receive consistent and uninterrupted care from dependable Caregivers.Participate in on-call scheduling responsibilities.Responsibly handle inbound calls from various Caregiver office locationsConduct follow-up calls with clients and Caregivers, diligently documenting outcomesPerform additional office duties as assigned, such as filing and data entry.Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, service excellence, and alignment with the values and mission of AFNB.Fulfill any other ancillary or related duties as required and delegated.To excel in this role, you should possess:

High School Diploma or GED with equivalent work experience, associate degree preferred.Proven customer service experience with excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStaffing coordinator or Call center experience recommended.Reliable with a respect for confidentialityAbility to work in a team-oriented call center environment.Proven office/administrative support skills with computer experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities.
