The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in managing the CEO’s day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external matters related to the CEO. This position requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with enthusiasm and professionalism.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCalendar Management:

Efficiently manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Research Support:

Conduct research on various topics, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights to assist the CEO in decision-making processes.Communication Liaison:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications related to the CEO, including managing emails, phone calls, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Task Prioritization:

Proactively identify and address time-sensitive issues, ensuring that the CEO’s priorities are aligned and managed effectively.Meeting Coordination:

Prepare agendas, materials, and notes for meetings, and follow up on action items as needed.Travel Coordination:

Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.Project Assistance:

Support the CEO with special projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.Basic RequirementsBachelor's degree is required1-3 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar administrative roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to conduct detailed research and present findings clearlyHigh level of discretion and confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar)A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skillsEnthusiastic, positive demeanor with a focus on professionalism
