A law firm in Denver, Colorado, is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 2-8 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation, exceptional writing and research skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Trial experience is preferred. This position requires a licensed attorney in good standing in Colorado with strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal communication skills.Duties and Responsibilities:Represent clients in employment-related litigation matters, including disputes related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour issues.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.Draft and prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.Participate in trial proceedings, including presenting evidence and making legal arguments; trial experience is preferred.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.Manage case files and ensure all legal procedures and deadlines are met.Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.Stay updated on employment law developments and best practices.Requirements:2-8 years of experience in employment litigation.Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and in good standing.Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; Microsoft Office 365 preferred.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active license to practice law in Colorado.Skills:Expertise in employment litigation, including trial preparation and representation.Strong legal research and writing abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; Microsoft Office 365 is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.Benefits Offered:Competitive salary with a bonus plan.Comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid employee medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and LTD insurance coverages.Various voluntary benefits.
