Network Health is seeking a Director of Human Resources who is responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy for the organization in alignment with strategic and organizational needs, with a specific focus on talent management (workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, onboarding and engagement, and performance management), HR business partnership, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HR systems, and payroll.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of the human resources function, including full cycle talent management, HR business partnership, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HR systems and payroll.

Review and recommend employee compensation and benefit program structure and refinements to assure the organization maintains a competitive position in their market as an employer of choice and to attract, retain and elevate talent to meet current and future workforce needs, while staying within budget.

Serve as the organization’s human resources expert including knowledge of HR best practices, the changing labor market, and the more current strategies and approaches to position the organization’s workforce and workplace for success in light of the continually changing labor market.

Leads workforce and workplace strategy development and execution to promote the attraction, retention, engagement and development of a diverse team and a culture where differences are valued and that is increasingly more equitable and inclusive for everyone.

Partners effectively with legal counsel to provide expert advice, guidance and leadership for employee relations issues within the organization, while balancing the organization and employee’s interests.

Maintains knowledge of employment and labor laws for the organization. Consults with internal/external legal counsel when necessary to mitigate risk to the organization.

Develops and maintains affirmative action and other applicable compliance plans and programs to meet the commitments of Network Health.

Oversees the administration of all human resource information systems and vendor relationships, assuring the best use of organizational resources and the most efficient and simplified experience for our team members.

Establishes and maintains workforce dashboards and metrics to help inform organizational action and to inform HR strategies to help leaders most effectively lead, develop and engage their teams.

Leads the learning and development team to deliver effective onboarding and learning programs that meet leadership and employee development needs.

Builds and delivers organizational development tools, resources and guidance as the organization strives to build a strong and vibrant culture that is recognized as a best place to work.

Continually monitors and assures achievement of budget objectives and brings variances or potential issues to the SVP of HR in advance of concerns arising.

Participates on organizational committees, special projects and takes on additional responsibilities as necessary.

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in business, organizational development or a related field is required.

Five to seven years’ experience in human resources is required, including a minimum of 2-3 years leading an HR team.

SHRM Certified Professional and PHR-Professional in Human Resources are strongly preferred.
