Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee the HR functions for our healthcare entities across various locations. This role is critical in shaping our organizational culture, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and driving HR strategies that support our growth and mission. The ideal candidate will have senior-level HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, and be willing to travel occasionally to our different sites.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives. Lead change management efforts during organizational transitions, such as mergers, acquisitions, or expansions.Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Develop and execute employee retention strategies, including career development and leadership training programs.Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, promote employee engagement, and act as a mediator in resolving employee conflicts. Ensure transparent and effective communication across all levels of the organization.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations. Develop and update HR policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance and mitigate risks.Compensation and Benefits: Develop and oversee competitive compensation strategies and manage employee benefits programs to attract and retain a skilled workforce. Implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals.HR Team Leadership: Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Oversee the HR budget and manage HR technology solutions to improve efficiency.Learning and Development: Develop and oversee training programs that ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge for success. Implement leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.Culture and Employee Well-being: Champion the organization’s values and culture, promoting initiatives that support employee well-being, including wellness programs and work-life balance efforts.Occasional Travel: Travel to various locations as needed to provide on-site support and ensure consistent HR practices across all entities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to travel occasionally to various locations as required.SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Travel reimbursement.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $125,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
