is seeking a dynamic human resources professional who leads by example, maintains integrity, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
This highly visible position is responsible for developing and executing recruitment, retention, and recognition processes that encourage a committed, customer-oriented workforce; assists with investigating and resolving complaints, problems, and morale issues; and requires outstanding communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience. Two years of HR experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting. PHR or SPHR preferred.
We offer a competitive rate of pay and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates which include affordable health and dental insurance within 60-90 days of hire, paid time off, extra pay for holidays, and a 401k with company match.
