Position Summary:The

Coordinator, Public Grants and Data

is supporting CIRI's public grants by ensuring data collection, compliance, and reporting flow smoothly. From managing data in our case management system to supporting grant revisions and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements, you'll play an important role in helping us change lives.

What You'll Do:Monitor our client management database (Apricot) and assist in generating statistical data for monthly, quarterly and annual program reports required by public grantors and private foundations.Collect and organize essential program information, including compelling client stories and statistical insights, so we can respond dynamically to program information requests.Partner with Program Managers to ensure grant obligations are met, including timely data and report submission, contract compliance, and other administrative requirements.Collaborate with the Director of Grants Administration to identifying and fixing any contractual issues and refine processes to keep our programs in tip-top shape!Become an expert in Apricot (client management database) and continuously improve our data collection forms and reports to meet both internal and external requirements.Assist in gathering and analyzing client survey data to better understand the impact of our programs.Support special projects related to grants management and data collection - no two days are the same!Learn about refugee and immigrant service programs offered on the federal and state levels while working with incredible people across all departments.What We're Looking For:

BA or BS in a relevant field

(Non-Profit Management, Law, Social Work, International Relations, etc.)Grant management experience with federal or state grants is a plus.Organizational wizardry!

You excel at managing multiple tasks, keeping details straight, and hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong writing and communication skills.

You know how to make data come alive through your reports.A knack for working with databases and presenting data (and a love for Excel!).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client databases (bonus points if you've worked with Apricot!).A passion for CIRI's mission and an understanding of the immigrant and refugee community is a major plus!Why Work with Us?

Compensation:

$44,000 - $50,000 + Benefits (that currently include):

Medical (Anthem):

3 copay/deductible options; base plan is $35/paycheckVision (Mutual of Omaha):

$60 per year; $130 hardware allowance- Employee FundedDental (Mutual of Omaha):

$500 per year; $1,750 annual benefit- Employee FundedLife:
