Join an elite Real Estate / Property Management firm in the Facilities Coordinator role.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in managing the day to day tasks of the 3rd party janitorial, maintenance, security, and garage staff.Interact and communicate with tenants to ensure maintenance and repairs are handled properly and efficientlySupport tenant meetings through scheduling and agenda creation.Maintain tenant and vendor contact lists.Follow up with tenants to ensure satisfaction with tenant work requests.Work with our third party insurance certificate vendor BCS to maintain current and complete certificates of insurance for all tenants and vendors.Responsible for drafting and sending distribution email blasts to tenants.Assist in planning tenant events.Provide Unifier (major projects accounting program) support to both Capital Projects and Asset Service Teams including project set up, budget revisions, invoice processing, etc.Support Regional Leadership through meeting scheduling, expense report generation and other administrative duties.Participate in the ongoing development and support of our tenant workorder and preventative maintenance system (Angus).Special projects/assignments as neededQualifications and Experience:Bachelors degree in Facility Engineering, or related technical field preferredKnowledge of building systems, systems commissioning, and systems designWorking knowledge in the field of property management, building design and/or real estate, with an interest in lab space, highly desirableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with CAD, BMS systems and maintenance work request systems a plus.Client service-oriented attitude a mustHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient problem-solving, analytical, and ability to follow directions a must
