Facility Maintenance ManagerLocation: (5 days a week on-site)Salary-San Francisco area

OverviewThe Facility Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance and ensuring the efficient operation of building systems. This role involves developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing vendor contracts, interacting with tenants, and supervising maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial property maintenance and a strong technical background in building systems.

Must possess the following experience:

Property MaintenanceVendor Management:Tenant InteractionStaff RelationsMonthly ReportingMust be open to routine travel between properties, and outdoor travel may be required in varying weather conditions.Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.7+ years of related work experience in commercial property maintenance.Vocational/Technical training certificate.Appropriate licenses/permits for trade as required.Financial knowledge for budget understanding and reporting.Familiarity with energy management and sustainability programs.Proficiency in Angus Workorder System and Preventative Maintenance Module.Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
