You help support the connection, culture, and office needs of our NY office. You serve as a point of escalation for the Facilities team, and a key point of contact for candidates, colleagues, and visitors onsite, you prioritize making everyone feel welcome and heard. This is a full-time role working from our New York City office and reports to US Facilities Manager. ExperienceOffice ManagementFacilities MaintenanceHospitalityIT Literate - Google Suite, Slack, WorkdayEssential Duties & Responsibilities of the Position:HospitalityAct as a main point for all employees, vendors, and guests - "Welcome to the FT"Reception Desk Management Tuesdays & Thursdays + when neededAdministrative SupportSupport the Head of Facilities in the day-to-day running of the New York, Washington DC, Houston, and San Francisco officesSupporting four US offices, ~350 employeesRespond to all incoming queries and requests from other departmentsPeople ManagementDirect and work with the Day Porter to ensure cleaning is carried out to high standards and the kitchens & supply rooms are all well-stockedBuilding strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholdersBudget ManagementDevelop budgeting spreadsheets for office-related expenses; track, update, and report daily to the Management TeamManaging office InventoryProject ManagementFind areas of improvement in office processes and proceduresMonitor the progress of ongoing facility-related tasks and repairsAssemble, install, and move furnitureExperience / SkillsAbility to multitaskAttention to every detail & opticGreat teammate with strong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, Problem Solver, able to prioritizeSet up & break down of eventsBonus SkillsExperience using ticket management platformsExperience using various security platforms (C-Cure, Kastle, Envoy, Raydiant, etc)College Degree PreferredRequirements On-site Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 5pmCompetent with Google SuiteThis role is non exempt. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $32.97 - $38.46 per hour. To ensure pay fairness, the successful candidate will be offered a salary within the estimated salary range based on a number of considerations including but not limited to: skill set; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organisational needs.
