To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their NYC team. The hours are 8am-5pm (flex for OT) and this role is in their Midtown office five days a week. Responsibilities: Manage the conference center space with setting up\/cleaning up and receive catering orders Serve as the Office Depot point of contact and process office supply requests Coordinate the daily catering schedule with PM Business Support team Manage and monitor facilities invoices inbox Upload facilities related PO requests in Oracle Ensure coffee machines are operational and pantries are stocked Schedule preventative maintenance, log and track packages, and process returnsQualifications: 2+ years of experience Great interpersonal skills with a good sense of time management Excellent communication skills and detail oriented-natureCompensation\/Benefits: Up to $75K base depending on experience + OT + bonus Medical, dental, and vision package with small employee contribution 3 weeks PTO, 2 personal days, unlimited sick 401K with match Snacks and coffee\/cold brew in office daily A1389294NY-Perm_1724334368 To Apply for this Job Click Here
