Job DescriptionCompany Overview: Prominent and growing CPA firm seeks an International Tax Senior Manager to join its expanding team. This role offers the chance to lead complex international tax engagements while contributing to the firm's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage international tax compliance and consulting engagements for multinational clients, including inbound and outbound tax planning strategies.Provide technical expertise on international tax matters, including foreign tax credits, Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, PFIC, transfer pricing, and other cross-border tax issues.Review and approve complex international tax returns, ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign tax regulations.Advise clients on global tax strategies, tax treaties, and the impact of new international tax laws and regulations.Serve as a key advisor to clients, managing relationships and providing high-level tax planning and consulting services.Collaborate with internal teams and global offices to provide integrated tax solutions tailored to clients' needs.Oversee international tax examinations and audits, representing clients before tax authorities as necessary.Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.Assist with business development activities, including identifying opportunities for additional services and participating in client presentations.Stay current on international tax trends and legislative changes, ensuring that clients receive the most up-to-date advice.Requirements

8-12 years of experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and industry experience, with a focus on international tax.In-depth knowledge of U.S. international tax laws, including Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, foreign tax credits, PFIC rules, and transfer pricing regulations.Proven experience managing complex international tax engagements and consulting projects.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; Master's degree in Taxation or LLM preferred.CPA license required; additional certifications such as JD or MST are highly preferred.Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing tax staff.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with multinational clients across diverse industries.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Familiarity with foreign tax compliance requirements and international financial reporting standards.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead client-facing engagements.Benefits:
