Join Digital is seeking a Major Account Manager - Commercial Real Estate (CRE) to deepen our relationships with our existing regional accounts. As Join's Major Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue in our existing accounts, managing the entire sales cycle, gaining new logos, deepening market partnerships, and growing existing accounts.

What you'll do...Grow Join's revenue in existing accountsDevelop new enterprise clients with CRE partnersDiscover, assess, and validate both client and prospect needsDesign and develop solution strategies with Sales ArchitectsPresent, demonstrate, and propose offeringsClose, negotiate, and implement win/win contractsContinue to manage, strategize, refer, and conduct regular business reviews of accountsExceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectivesStay up to date regarding changes in technologyWhat you need to succeed...

Technology sales experience is preferred with a focus on Commercial Real EstateBachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferredExisting relationships in CREExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service and rapport-building abilitiesGreat interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilitiesPersonal drive and internal motivation toward high achievementAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentWillingness to take risks and try innovative, new approachesProven track record in growing revenue and new business opportunities in CREHow we set you up for success...
